- The price does not include actual electricity consumption, which is charged at 12 CZK per kilowatt-hour
- Regular water consumption, bed linen, towels, and internet connection are included in the price
- + One-time cleaning fee: 900 CZK
- + One-time cleaning fee (in case of a pet’s presence): 550 CZK
- + Dog (cat) fee: 100 CZK per night
- + Local stay tax 40 CZK/night/adult
- A refundable deposit of 2,000 CZK and a chip deposit of 300 CZK
- During the main season, for stays shorter than 7 nights, the price is 20% higher!
